I’m seriously psyched about this track. Normally, my music process goes like this:
- Get idea for a melody/chord progression
- Write it down, start to expand on it and flesh it out
- Get frustrated, scrap the whole thing, and restart from scratch
- Wait 2-3 weeks
- Crank out a finished song that sounds nothing like what I started with
However, this time around I was fully satisfied with my original idea and how it progressed, and I finished this track in just a few days. I am quite pleased with myself.
